Valere CRM · from the Valere notification mailbox, only to Valere staff

Tom Ashworth added Dana by work email with the role Partnerships on Fri 6 Nov 2026, and Valere CRM sent the Account created letter from the shared notification mailbox. It holds no password and no code; Dana opens it in Outlook and clicks Sign in with Microsoft 1.

    Valere CRM

    Welcome, Dana

    • Deal emails and meetings with known Contacts and domains are logged against the right Site and Contact, from your own mailbox. [?Q-026]
    • Personal email is never captured.
    • You can mark any thread private: nothing is logged or proposed from it.
    • During the parallel run, capture is opt-in for each mailbox.

Q-026: Capture scope to be confirmed with Valere

Your choice is kept, and you can change it under My account.
